The European Academic Heritage Network would like to warmly invite participation in a joint social media campaign to celebrate European Academic Heritage Day on November 18. This year’s theme is “Resilience”.
Resilience is the ability to thrive despite challenges. How do academic heritage collections tell stories of resilience? Perhaps through an object that survived war, neglect or an item that reflects perseverance in scholarship. And how do we deal with current challenges in our heritage practice, such as climate change and political pressures?
The European Academic Heritage Network encourages you to share an object, document, specimen, instrument, or story from your collection on Facebook, Instagram, or another social media platform, accompanied by a brief explanation of its connection to the theme.
