In celebration of the 10 year founding anniversary of the European Research Centre for Book and Paper Conservation-Restoration they are hosting a web conference from the 5th to the 6th of November 2020.

They are accepting proposals for short (5 minutes), key-note (15 minutes) talks and posters on related topics: best conservation treatments and practice, issues on conservation ethics, theory and philosophy, interrelations between society and the current understanding of written and printed heritage, innovation and technology in conservation, diagnostics, book archaeology, materials and techniques, etc.

Posters will be displayed online. Conference proceedings, that may also include extended texts, will be published after the event.

Abstracts on student’s conservation projects, as there will be a special session on the subject, are very welcome.

The conference will be free for all, both speakers and attendees.
