In line with the University of Graz's annual theme, the journal MUSEA is planning a special issue dedicated to women having a special role linked to university heritage and collections.

The issue will highlight the pioneering role of women in specific heritage-related aspects of universities, both in the past and today. Potential contributions could, for instance, focus on women's contributions to collecting, or on recent exhibition projects dedicated to this theme. Papers should present a recent perspective, innovative ideas and be clearly linked to current state-of-the-art research and literature. 

As the journal is pusblished open access, including pictures and graphics is highly recommended.
Contributions may be submitted in either English or German.
